By using Nebula Player, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.

Nebula Player is an IPTV application that allows users to access content through access data provided by the user, such as server, username, and password.

Nebula Player does not provide, sell, or host media content and is not responsible for the availability, legality, or suitability of content accessed through external providers.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of Nebula Player complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. The user must use only playlists and providers they are authorized to access.

Nebula Player does not collect, store, or share users' personal information on its own servers. Data configured in the application is used to connect to the service chosen by the user, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nebula Player is provided as is, without express or implied warranties of continuous availability, compatibility with all providers, or absence of errors.

Under no circumstances will Nebula Player be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

Nebula Player may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms when necessary. Relevant changes may be communicated through official channels.

The user may stop using Nebula Player at any time. The application may also restrict access in case of violation of these terms or improper use.
